Service provides all property maintenace issues for Department of Housing tenants. Tenants can call the 24hr number (131 571) for assistance. Service has local offices. Waiting time depends on level of emergency and or maintenance issue. The call centre will assist in notifying you of an appropriate time frame for the maintenance problem.

Home based flexible respite, Monthly outings. Home Maintenance and Modification (Wentworth & Balranald Shires) Community Transport - operates Tues and Fri mornings and Thurs afternoons. Transports from Wentworth via Curlwaa and Dareton to Merbein or Mildura. Pickup commences on Tue and Fri at 8.45am and on Thurs at 12pm from Wentworth. Home Maintenance and Modifications (HM&M) - Deniliquin

Provides a Home Maintenance & Modification service (ramps, rails, chair lifters, electrical, plumbing, carpentry & roof repairs) one-off garden jobs/clean up to assist with safety eg overgrown footpaths, to the frail aged and people with disabilities & their carers. Can also inspect a home for fall prevention by referring an Occupational Therapist from the Community Health Centre.
