The Effectiveness Training Institute is an educational organistaion which trains instructors and also co-ordinates courses in parenting, interpersonal skills and personal/professional development. Courses are available all over Australia. Fees are kept at an affordable level to ensure attendance is possible for everyone who wants to improve and enhance their relationships. Courses are also conducted for (i) Youth Effectiveness Training - for young adolescents which provide opportunities for the development of self-esteem, better communication skills, cooperation, self-responsibility and independence.
