One Day Therapy Centre - Stepping On
One Day Therapy Program aims to keep you as young on the outside as you feel on the inside. As part of the Tuesday program we have incorporated the 7 week "stepping on serious". This program will offer gentle stretching and strengthening, toning exercise and a variety of other activities that will provide plenty of stimulation. It is a great way to meet new people and have fun while keeping fit, strong and entertained. An Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist will teach about many aspects of falls prevention, including some simple exercises that reduce the risk of falling.
