Outpatient Transport
1. Between hospitals: The Health Related Transport Shuttle Service is for people who need transport to hospital appointments, for hospital visitors who can't easily get to public transport, and for people who don't have family members or friends who can provide transport. Accessible transport for people with disabilities, and approved child restraints are fitted. 2. Door to Door (home to appointment) for rehabilitation appointments at Port Kembla or Coledale Hospitals. Also limited transport for people on Renal Dialysis. Self referral is accepted. Interpreters available if required.

I have been a bit lost for 8 months. My family broke apart after my wife attacked me with scissors and destroyed all my belongings and cut up all my clothes. my wife then took my kids away (who were in my care) and threatened to take them to China.
