Provides support services and a range of programs and activities focused on health promotion, preventative health care and management of chronic disease in General Practice. The aim is to provide C/wealth funding to a GP Practice to out-source allied health services to provide a service to the client. The public do not contact or directly access these services, only through the GP. e.g. Diabetes Educators operate mini-clinics at various GP Practices who have requested this allied health service to be provided.
