The Department of School Education does the assessment. Peterborough assists in work placement, communication, integration activities with other schools and in the community. Training and education provided in areas such as academic and independent living skills. Students need to bring their own lunch and morning tea. Students involved in cooking programs may not need to bring lunch one day a week. School buildings are accessible for people with disabilities. The Disability Trust funds after school care for children with special needs at Peterborough.
