You might benefit from a home medicines review if: you take a number of medicines; you are having difficulty with your medicines; or you have recently been discharged from hospital or care. If you are a carer the person you care for may benefit from a home medicines review. If so, talk to their doctor or pharmacist or call the Pharmaceutical Benefits Information Line on 1800 020 613.
