PCYC is a joint partnership between the Western Australian Police and the community to provide a service to the youth of Western Australia. Each Club has its own Management Committee . Our Mission: In partnership with the community, create opportunities to develop young people, through quality PCYC services. For PCYC this means: The need to change our traditional focus; Linking PCYC programs to crime prevention initiatives; An opportunity to address life skills, employment, training and road safety; Providing avenues for young people to be actively involved in the community; Ensuring our outcomes are relevant to young people, the community and the WA Police; and Playing a key role in breaking down barriers between Police and the community.
