Assistance strategies are based on the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis. The practitioner has over 20 years experience as a Mental Retardation Nurse and has worked extensively with DHS. The practitioner will visit workplaces or residences and work in partnership with accommodation managers, support staff and families to put in place strategies that can increase appropriate behaviours.
