Provides 'Active over 50s' classes that aim to increase flexibility, stability and balance and encourage a healthier lifestyle. Also has hydrotherapy classes and can do one to one sessions with people. They can also do a session with the carer and teach the carer the program - therefore after the initial visit you only pay the entry fee. Also provides massage, pilates, aerobics, cardiac and gym based conditioning. Also provide Pilates classes (Tue $5.50 for senior and activity classes for obese children 6-12 yrs (Mon, Wed, Fri).
