The Multicultural Advisory Committee aims to develop an understanding of cultural diversity by fostering a climate of mutual respect and harmony with our community. The Advisory Committee ensures Council decisions consider the entire Randwick Community. Ensures that within the City the needs of the ethnic community are catered for, this may include activities such as multicultural festivals and events. Also ensures that all residents from a non English speaking background are informed of and have an understanding of Council's role and responsibilities. All members of the community are able to participate in Council decision making processes.
