Quit Smoking Group

Information on Health Conditions

Provides participants with the skills and support to assist in quitting smoking. The program runs for 5 weeks, covering the following topics: preparing to quit, information on Nicotine Replacement Therapy, smoking patterns and learning to be a non-smoker, health aspects of smoking and coping with cravings. Groups meet once a week at St Vincents Hospital usually from 6pm-7:30pm.
