Provides modification and maintenance services to assist in maintaining the safety and well being of frail older people and people with a disability including: small plumbing and electrical work such as changing light bulbs and tap washers, installing ramps and rails, clearing of gutters and downpipes for single story places, installation of locks, widening doors for wheelchair access and other maintenance work Free advice and information is provided. An Occupational Therapist assessment is required to determine neccessary modifications. <p> Yard maintenance will be provided if the safety of the resident is at risk, however ongoing lawn mowing is unavailable.

I am currently on Newstart and after rent and phone credit I have under $100 to live on for a fortnight. I've been managing to hang in there for a few months but its now bee almost 4 weeks with nothing but bread to eat. I can't afford to get to any organisation to get food parcel. I have NO friends or family, I am alone all day every day. PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME THERE IS A PLACE THAT CAN HELP
