A service for adults and children with a disability which provides a range of sporting and recreational activities eg drama, tennis, basketball, indoor cricket, art, craft and gym, music and movement and soccer. If a particular activity is not offered, Recreation Illawarra will do its best to link the person to his/her choice. Quarterly newsletter available free, advises of current programs. Conducts the Blue Scope Steel Sports Ready Program for school age children with a disability to develop sporting skills. Currently conducting an INCLUDE ME project connecting people into mainstream sporting and recreational activities and the Healthy Lifestyles Intervention, developing healthy lifestyle pland for people with a mild intellectual disabiility living independently in the community to reduce risk of. or lessen the extent of obesity, cardiovascular disease and/or diabetes.

I hope everyone is doing well. I was just wondering what the process is for applying for emergency food vouchers?
I am currently in between jobs, and my savings and centrelink are allocated to rent and medical expenses.
As of June, I'll be starting my new job but until then, I'm not sure how easy it will be to afford groceries.
