Respite and Relaxation for Carers
Enables carers to take a break while the person they are caring for spends time with a volunteer or paid worker. Service provided in home or out of home as agreed by the client, carer and worker. Jointly funded by Dept of Ageing, Disability and Home Care and Wollongong City Council, this service is available to carers of people who are frail aged, or have a disability. A small contribution is requested.
