Referrals can be obtained from Head Office (08) 9258 3060 or most Mental Health Clinics. Fees for these services depend upon level of income. The East Fremantle location offers rehab support to people with mental illness. This is short to medium term accomodation. It is usual to be referred and have a case manager.
