Eliza Street Nundah (accomodation) Community program is a transitional residential program designed to promote self-reliance and to enable people to experience hope and recovery (14 places, 7 male, 7 female, residents can stay up to 18 months). Home-based support is available under several programs including the Independent Living Service. The mission is to enable and provide opportunities for people affected by mental or emotional illness or psychiatric disability to experience hope and recovery, develop their potential, achieve personal goals, choose satisfying lifestyles, and participate as citizens in the community.

I am and have been struggling financially for quite some time now and don't like asking for help, with minimum help from centrelink due to the kids ages and not being classed as a single mum and only one shift a week at work my situation has become worse and am not breaking even to pay rent and my other bills. I had a very tough year the last few months I had to watch my mother slowly die from breast cancer, been struggling since mums passing before I turned 50. My family doesn't talk to me after mother passed been a lot of other things on my mind in regards to my immediate family. I feel so lost and lonely don't see anything to live for even though I've got 4 grown kids and 4 grandchildren still I can't feel anything any more for anyone. I need help please
