Riverina Murray Commonwealth Carer Respite Centre caters specifically for emergency and short term respite for carers. Camps organised for young carers. Community Options aim is to provide appropriate and sufficient support to enable the frail aged and people with disabilities who have complex needs to continue to live in their own home. Targets people with complex care needs & whose needs cannot be meet by existing community services and their carers. A service fee will be negotiated with each client. The caseworker works with each client to link them into appropriate services and develop a care plan tailored to meet individual needs and enhance their independence. Deniliquin Community Options is also a Veterans Home Care Provider and operates the Veterans Brokerage Project, all referrals for Veterans services must go through Department of Veterans Affairs or Veterans Home Care.
