Roads & Traffic Authority (RTA) - Mobility Parking Scheme

Issues photographic licence-style cards at all RTA outlets for the Mobility parking Scheme (MPS). MPS cards entitle the bearer to vehicular parking in places marked with the disability symbol. Other parking concessions are: no charge in metered, coupon or ticket parking area; more than 30 minute limited parking extended to unlimited; 30 minute parking extended to 2 hours; less than 30 minutes extended to 30 minutes. There are 3 types of cards. Individual (Blue) - valid for 3 years; Temporary (Red) - valid for 6 months; Organisation (Green)- valid for 3 years. Minimum application age is 3 years. Applicants must have a Doctor complete the medical certificate on the application form. Applicants must present at the RTA for the photograph unless an exemption has been applied for with the RTA. Equivalent overseas Mobility Parking Scheme cards can be used in NSW.

Hello, I am a mum of two small children aged 1 and 3. I have been thinking of the value of community and would love to reach out to the older generation who may be missing their family or not have any. I'm not sure how to go about it.
