General services include nursing care for aged/ highly dependent; post acute after hospital discharge; terminally ill at home care; complex technical care, assessment/case management; discharge planning/liaison nursing; social work and physiotherapy support; medication management; ehnic liaison service; homeless persons program. Specialist programs include: palliative care; diabetes, continence, haemophilia and wound management: specialise aged care; HIV/AIDS; intravenous antibiotic therapy; hospital in the home; and stomal therapy.

Programs are as follows: Monday Mob - Activities for those with a physical disability who want to maintain their indipendence, physiotherapy is offered along with respite for carers (open for thos within the Bentleigh catchment area). Tuesday Treasures - Social & activities group for elderly persons who have a chronic illness, have been unwell, frail or socially isolated.
