The Diabetes Education Service has a multidisciplinary focus and provide a range of services delivered by Diabetes Nurse Educators, Dietitians, Podiatrists, Clinical Psychologists and/or Social Workers, and Endocrinologists or Physicians specialising in diabetes management. It provides individual sessions, group education and support to people of all ages with diabetes, their families and carers.
