Provides support services for those with a disability or elderly. Provides permanent residential aged care, respite care and community housing in Glen Iris and permanent residential aged care in Prahran. Provides community services from Day Centres in East Malvern and Pakenham. Services include planned activity groups, strength training, podiatry and our Lunching Out program. Most services are provided for residents of City of Stonnington and Shire of Cardinia. Transport may be available if required. mecwacare provides an adult training and support program offering choice, diversity and active participation for people with an intellectual disability. The service offers a range of programs to participants of different age groups, including: Future for Young Adults 18 - 21 years, Community Options and Centre Based Programs for ages 22 +. Clients can access programs in the southern and eastern metropolitan regions of Melbourne for a maximum of 30 hours per week.

Never felt so embarrassed in my life Hi my name is Ashley I'm 30yrs old and I've been struggling so bad where I'm about to break down and give up on everything and you probably wondering how I ended in this situation.. well my original plan that I left Ingham Queensland to go to Cairns airport and catch a flight to Victoria to be with my little brother cause I got out of a 3 years of toxic drunk relationship ... then plans change my little sister got kicked out with the person she was staying with and she had no where to go so she went and brought a tent and camping equipment and more than she stayed for 2 nights on Bramston beach Qld then she got help from the organisation wet tropic housing in Innisfail Qld and got put in hotels cause she has 3 beautiful kids and finally my older sister came from western Australia and she stayed for 3 nights and made dinner for her cause she look like she was starving then she took off on a Wednesday morning said she was going to help Madeline which is my little sister and never came back cause she on that site plenty of fish meeting random people and forgot about me out here she has changed to a different person since we all lost are dad 2years ago Ive been trying to get out of Bramston beach Qld for 3 months and just not getting any where sick and tired of calling Centrelink and jobseeker just going back and forth with them.. I'm fully qualified chef been working since I left high school and all the tax you pay and you just asking for some help but they can't do nothing if you're single with no kids and on jobseeker and no car car to get in town it's about 35klms to Innisfail Qld
