Serenity Lodge provides a safe and therapeutic environment in which substance dependent people are empowered to embark on a journey of recovery. Services Offered are :- -10 week residential treatment service. -Non-residential education, training & youth awareness programs. - Support groups for families of substance dependent persons. -Family sensitive issues. - Individual counselling. -Attendance at AA meetings. -Group work. -Recreational activities. After Care Residential Service offers - Clients participating successfully in the program, who achieve a good prognosis for long term recovery and exhibit a need to remain within a safe, therapeutic environment, may be offered an extended stay for up to six months in a post graduate role.Target Groups :- Residential Assistance is offered to both males and females aged 18 years and above, whose primary dependency is alcohol and all other drugs. Early intervention and awareness programs for youth.

Support Groups A network of groups exists throughout the state. Meetings are attended by people with Parkinson's and their carers for social support and exchange of information. Support group leaders and members play an important part in education at the local level Meet first Tuesday of each month from 10.30am - 12pm at Lotteries House. Attendees usually take a plate of food for a shared morning tea. For people with Parkinson's disease, as well as families, friends and carers of those with Parkinson's.
