Service for frail aged people, people with disabilities and their carers. Group transport and individual transport eg to Day Group, medical appointments. Transport for clients with dementia (individual) Individual Koori client transport. Some out of hours local transport provided for HACC clients with the use of taxi vouchers. Information and referral on other transport related issues. Shopping trips in the Nowra area. Transport is available to Wollongong and Sydney for important appointments. Some vehicles have hoist for wheelchair access. Telephone assessment. Incontinence should be self managed. At least 2 days notice is required when booking.
