People who have current foot ulcerations or infection, diabetes, vascular insufficiency of the lower limbs, peripheral neuropathy, neuropathic bone disease. Referral from GP or medical specialist stating foot problems and current high risk conditions. People of any age can access this service as long as they fit in to the high risk category. Outreach Service to Milton (Mon fortnightly).
