Home based palliative care is a free, confidential service that provides emotional and spiritual support, as well as physical care of the client and their family. Use of skilled nurses and volunteer support to assist independent living. Focus is on dignity and quality of life. Clients are encouraged to share in decisions regarding their care. Trained volunteers provide support for families and companionship for the client. They provide practical assistance and help with transport when required. After hours assistance available. Specialist Palliative care doctor is able to consult with patient's GP. Counselling is available.

Hi my name is Malika, i am in desperate need for some food, i have spent my last on my car as i need the vehicle to get me from work to pick up kids from school and back home, otherwise i couldtn get anywhere, if anyone would be able to help i would very much appreciate it, as i got my own rental at a very young age i am finding it difficult to put food in our mouths aswell.. any help would be very helpul at this very moment.
