Use of skilled nurses and volunteer support to assist independent living. Focus is on dignity and quality of life. Clients are encouraged to share in decisions regarding their care. Trained volunteers provide support for families and companionship for the client. They provide practical assistance and help with transport when required. After hours assistance available. Specialist Palliative care doctor is able to consult with patient's GP. Counselling is available.
