SC operate five service centres within the Perth metropolitan area: Central Service Centre 19 Wright Street HIGHGATE WA 6003 North Service Centre 11 Moolanda Boulevard KINGSLEY WA 6026 East Service Centre 1938 Albany Highway MADDINGTON WA 6109 Peel Service Centre Lot 72 Lakes Road MANDURAH WA 6210 South Service Centre 81 North Lake Road MYAREE WA 6154 The following services are offered from each centre: hospital@home Nursing(HACC,DVA,Domicilliary,Access) Respite Personal Care Home Help(HACC,CACP,EACH) Independence Programs (HIP ,PEP) Wound Clinic(Wounds West) Diabetes Clinic Continence Clinics(CMAS) Other services offerred by SC are - palliative care, remote area nursing , Carelink Personal Alarm (a small pendant worn around the neck)and SC also sells Key Safes .

This is a public hospital covering the Lower and Central GS region. GPs in the Albany area are rostered for on call and emergency work. The WA Palliative Care Network, ACAT, HACC(MOW only) and MHS are also on this site. Dr Russell Harkman(MHS) has the psychosis program within the hospital in G- Ward. Services at this hospital are:- Emergency . Home and Community Care . Intensive Care . Maternity . Medical, General . Mental Health . Nursing Home . Occupational Therapy . Pathology . Pharmacy . Physiotherapy . Radiology . Social Work . Speech Therapy . Day Surgery. If non emergency transport to hospital is required, refer to Red Cross(9842 9095).Red Cross also provides hire of equipment e.g. shower chairs, wheel chair etc. Equipment hire has a small holding fee which is refunded once product is returned. Hello ,
I'm in a really bad situation atm . I recently had to move because my dad who I was caring for 10 years had to go into aged care .
I had nowhere to go with my dog and luckily someone I barely know let me rent a room off him in Powelltown, Vic .
I don't drive and it's an 18km walk just to get to a bus stop that is still Ages away from most things .
My centerlink has been cut off because I couldnt attend a job provider appointment due to it being so far and I haven't had any food for 5 days now.
There is a local food relief place that gives Me a few fresh vegetables every Friday but they didn't come today and it's only a few fruit and veg which is not very nourishing on an empty stomach . They only come on Fridays when they can .
