Silver Chain Continence Management Clinics - MSW

The Continence Management and Advice Service (CMAS) provides community based management and advice and product subsidy to people with ongoing continence conditions. Eligible for the CMAS , if you : -Are over 18 years of age. -Had a chronic incontinence for more than six months. -Are a holder of a pensioner concession card or health care card. -Are not on other continence schemes. -A permanent resident in WA for at least six months. A registered nurse will clinically assess each client who accesses the CMAS and will develop a management plan around that person's needs.A client may be prescribed continence products and may access a new continence product subsidy of up to $470 per year. CMAS is accessible across 15 Silver Chain clinics and telephone assessments are available throughout WA.
