The South Coast Medical Service Aboriginal Corporation works with the community of the Shoalhaven to provide a quality and culturally appropriate Health Service that promotes good health and well being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders residing in the Shoalhaven. Service includes: Registered Nurse & Aboriginal Health Workers - Blood pressure and blood sugar screening, Hearing assessment, Wound dressings, Diabetic Clinic, Child Immunistaion. Home visits available if required. Psychologist - Offers confidential counselling 9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday. Family health, sexual health, drug and alcohol assistance. Flu vaccinations available to people who are Aboriginal and over 50 years of age, have a heart condition, renal disease or diabetes. This service is free of charge.

I am and have been struggling financially for quite some time now and don't like asking for help, with minimum help from centrelink due to the kids ages and not being classed as a single mum and only one shift a week at work my situation has become worse and am not breaking even to pay rent and my other bills. Hi my name is Malika, i am in desperate need for some food, i have spent my last on my car as i need the vehicle to get me from work to pick up kids from school and back home, otherwise i couldtn get anywhere, if anyone would be able to help i would very much appreciate it, as i got my own rental at a very young age i am finding it difficult to put food in our mouths aswell.. any help would be very helpul at this very moment.
