The South Coast Medical Service Aboriginal Corporation works with the community of the Shoalhaven to provide a quality and culturally appropriate Health Service that promotes good health and well being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders residing in the Shoalhaven. Service includes: Registered Nurse & Aboriginal Health Workers - Blood pressure and blood sugar screening, Hearing assessment, Wound dressings, Diabetic Clinic, Child Immunistaion. Home visits available if required. Psychologist - Offers confidential counselling 9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday. Family health, sexual health, drug and alcohol assistance. Flu vaccinations available to people who are Aboriginal and over 50 years of age, have a heart condition, renal disease or diabetes. This service is free of charge.
