South West Brisbane Community Options Homeless Project
This service provides outreach HACC services to clients living in parks, streets and boarding houses. If required they will provide referrals to other HACC services for complex case management and transition to accommodation services. There are also services specifically for Aboriginal and Torres St Islander people in the same living situations.
