ACAT provide comprehensive assessment for Commonwealth funded services. A multi-disciplinary team of health professionals assesses frail aged people to assist them gain access to the types of services most appropriate to their care needs. Younger people with disabilities are able to be assessed as eligible for Aged Care services if appropriate.
