A 41 bed Dementia specific facility including 3 single and 16 shared rooms for persons assessed by an ACAT as requiring high level care. Services include a secure Dementia care wing, Tube feeding, Tracheostomy care, Palliative care nursing, Diversional Therapist, Activities Officer, Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapy. A Podiatrist visits once per month, a Hairdresser visits once per fortnight, and the Community Visiting Scheme is available. The facility is located in a quiet residential area and only a short drive from Fremantle. The residence is nestled inside established gardens with well planned walkways. An internal courtyard provides a relaxed area for get-togethers with friends and family and communal activities. A public bus is nearby.
