St George Mental Health Service - Acute Community Care Team (ACCT)
The ACCT is an 24 hour service. The Acute Community Care Team offers support in times of crisis as well as emergency mental health assessment in peoples homes and in the Emergency Department at St George Hospital. This service also provides short-term support for consumers after they leave hospital. You should call the Acute Community Care Team if you: Feel very emotionally distressed; Are too unwell to come to the hospital and need someone to visit you at home; Feel you cant cope with your symptoms or feelings.

With our lockdown, the down turn of my job and not qualifying for the new government assistance, not having a vehicle to run myself around I am putting my kids ahead of my own stigma today and ask for any assistance with obtaining support with some groceries, to make matters more difficult I have a child with sever allergies to nuts, dairy and wheat and the urgent issue of epipens which I need to prioritize in having renewed - this also makes food shopping near impossible utilizing the support of local food bank and significantly more expensive. Is there any food vouchers that can be accessed online to use with the supermarkets who offer a click and collect service or home delivery?

I’m to young for aged care and ndis wont help, I have social anxiety, morbidly obese, osteopenia, osteoarthritis, nerve and disc damage to my spine with sciatica and I can’t maintain my lawns anymore, was wondering in anyone would help me please
