I am currently on Newstart and after rent and phone credit I have under $100 to live on for a fortnight. I've been managing to hang in there for a few months but its now bee almost 4 weeks with nothing but bread to eat. I can't afford to get to any organisation to get food parcel. I have NO friends or family, I am alone all day every day. PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME THERE IS A PLACE THAT CAN HELPVisit member >
My daughter turns 14 in a week or so and if im completely honest she has a miserable existence.
The one thing she wants i cant give her A real friend or even better friends!
Her disabilities have meant major learning delays and social problems. She is now in her second year of high school and i think this going to be our worst year to date. We fight (tantrums) every morning to force her to go and every afternoon is filled with stories of bulling and self loathing. Weekends are when she gets upset that she has no friends.
So please any suggestions on where she could meet other teenagers or preteens I would really appreciate it.
