This is a Home and Community Care Service which provides home support, respite, meals and transport services for the frail, aged or persons with disabilities and their carers who live at home within the City of Subiaco. The suburbs covered include Subiaco, Shenton Park, Daglish, Jolimont, Crawley and part of Nedlands. It is staffed by a small core of paid workers as well as a group of volunteers.
