AnglicareWA administers Emergency Relief(ER) at metropolitan and regional locations. Anglicare works collaboratively with local parishes and communities to provide ER. AnglicareWA ER Services provide short-term financial and/or material assistance to individuals and families in crisis. AnglicareWA also provides support , advocacy and referral to other services to assist people to alleviate their immediate financial crisis. ER assistance can be provided in the form of:- Food vouchers,non-perishable food and hampers at Christmas time;- Part-payment of one utility account per year; -Telstra accounts(landlines only); - medical/dental/optical accts.; rent/accommodation ;smart-riders/phonecards; - material assistance such as blankets and clothing, and; - Info and referral to other services such as debt negotiation and advocacy services. Hi my name is Emma and I am a single mum of two teenagers and I am in need of help with a food Voucher and fuel voucher. I am and have been struggling financially for quite some time now and don't like asking for help, with minimum help from centrelink due to the kids ages and not being classed as a single mum and only one shift a week at work my situation has become worse and am not breaking even to pay rent and my other bills. There is no money left over for groceries or fuel. Can someone help please?
