This is an organisation which provides services for residents in the local government area of Claremont, Cottesloe, Peppermint Grove and Mosman Park. These may include basic domestic assistance, personal care, transport, home visiting, minor gardening and home maintenance. Centre-based Respite (Day Centre), in-home respite, social support & shopping assistance. Shopping bus is available to HACC clients for shopping. Canasta for clients Tues pm. Exercise classes with a physiotherapist on Tues am. Luncheon on first Thursday of each month at 12 noon. Podiatry Mondays, fortnightly.
