Telecross: Telephone Monitoring Service. Every morning between 8am and 9am the client receives a phone call to verify that all is well. If the client does not answer the call, a second person is phoned, to advise them of the situation. Volunteers are welcome.

If there is no response or if the client seeks help, an emergency procedure is initiated by Red Cross and emergency assistance is arranged if necessary.
