Uniting Care - Mudgee Community Visitors Scheme
The Community Visitors Scheme (CVS) is a national programme funded by the Australian Government. Volunteers visit people living in aged care homes who have been identified as being lonely or socially isolated. Visit the following aged care facilities: Pioneer House Nursing Home and Mudgee Nursing Home in Mudgee, ADA Cottages in Kandos and Rylstone, Wenonah Lodge in Gulgong, Kahkama House in Dunedoo, and Coolah Hostel. Visitors visit their resident weekly or fortnightly.
