University of the Third Age (U3A) - Kiama
A social group that was established in 1999. Most members have retired from the workforce and want to keep physically, mentally and socially active. The emphasis is on learning for pleasure. U3A offer a wide range of subjects - from science to tap dancing. New timetable produced each term, fee for some courses. Subjects are chosen through suggestions from members. Talk (guest speakers) at North Kiama Community Centre each Monday afternoon for a gold coin donation. Some social outings may be offered from time to time as well eg Exhibitions at the NSW Art Gallery. Most groups/lectures/talks are held at the North Kiama Neighbourhood Centre but some are held at other locations. Locations of all activities are noted on the timetables.

Hi my name is Malika, i am in desperate need for some food, i have spent my last on my car as i need the vehicle to get me from work to pick up kids from school and back home, otherwise i couldtn get anywhere, if anyone would be able to help i would very much appreciate it, as i got my own rental at a very young age i am finding it difficult to put food in our mouths aswell.. any help would be very helpul at this very moment.
