This is a HACC service that is based in Nth Perth but covers all MSW- LGAs of Cockburn, Fremantle, Melville, Kwinana and Rockingham. Provides gardening, lawn mowing, gutter cleaning, minor home maintenance, domestic assistance , transport (dedicated number is 9306 7000) and social support in the form of social outings and games mornings for the aged and disabled from Yanchep to Rockingham. All MSW LGAs covered to Mandurah but not including Mandurah. Metro wide HACC Transport previously provided by Community West but now is VTF at their Wanneroo office.
