Wattle Group Aquafitness Program
This program aims to improve all components of fitness including muscular endurance, aerobic capacity and flexibility. Contact is required with the instructor before attending the first session. Sessions are held at Newstead Heights pool in Amy Road Launceston and Port Dalrymple Pool in Agnes Street, George Town.

Pool access has steps, handrails and swivel chair hoist and is 1.3 metres depth. This pool uses a UV filtration system with a temperature of between 33 and 34 degrees. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted. Both aqua fitness and arthritis therapy classes are held weekly or more often.

My family broke apart after my wife attacked me with scissors and destroyed all my belongings and cut up all my clothes. my wife then took my kids away (who were in my care) and threatened to take them to China. Blocked all contact I've not known where they were till last month and I've been left couch surfing and living off the good graces of a few friends.
