Wattle Group Aquafitness Program
This program aims to improve all components of fitness including muscular endurance, aerobic capacity and flexibility. Contact is required with the instructor before attending the first session. Sessions are held at Newstead Heights pool in Amy Road Launceston and Port Dalrymple Pool in Agnes Street, George Town.
