Waverley Meals On Wheels - Home Shopping Service

Home Shopping service organised by Meals on Wheels and funded by Waverley Council. Individual accounts are set up with the Shopfast Network by Waverley Meals on Wheels. Clients only have to phone in their orders to Meals on Wheels. Orders placed Monday are delivered Wednesday between 11am and 1pm. Payment is collected on Wednesday afternoons. (cash or pre approved payment method). Orders can also be placed on Tuesday with delivery Thursdays 11am to 1pm. Payment collected Thursday afternoon. Clients must be at home during delivery times as groceries will not be left. Delivery charge is subbsidised by Council to $3.45 per delivery. Orders of a generic nature (or well known brand items) are preferred and advertised specials are not available.

I recently had a 5 day holiday for a family get together, and I had a friend from Sydney stay in my unit to look after my cat as I could not take here with us. Sadly, one of our neighbor's put a note on her car window, that she was not allowed to park the car there, and that she had been reported to Department of Housing. the spot she parked in is a spare spot, and not parking has been officially allocated to tenants. I spoke to dept of housing about this, and was told it was quite ok for me to have a visitor stay, and for them to use that car space and that they would notify all the tenants of this. But to date nothing has happened, and I have another trip away coming up soon, and really don't want this to happen again. Any advice would be appreciated.
