Wesley Life Skills Community Participation and Transition to work Programmes for people with moderate and high support needs who are referred by the Department of Ageing Disability and Homecare (DADHC). The programs are based on individual needs and interests and may include training, community access, skill development, job skills training and the development of other post school adult living objectives. Staff and management are committed to the highest quality educational, social, cultural and leisure opportunities within available resources. Programs can include: Travel; TAFE Training; Work Experience; Literacy & Numeracy; Horse Riding; Music, Art, Drama, Photography and Dance; Gardening; Cooking; Swimming and Hydrotherapy; Massage; Aromatherapy; Water Aerobics; Pottery; Reflexology; Library Training; Living Skills; Community Access; Personal Care Training; Gym and fitness; Craft; Basketball; Bowling; Bush Walking; Kite Flying.
