Wesley Shared Supported Holidays

Provide supported holidays for people with an Aquired Brain Injury (ABI). All staff are well trained disability support workers. There are several different Victorian and interstate holidays per year e.g. Geelong, Phillip Island, Lakes Entrance, Echuca, Daylesford, Great Ocean Road, Sydney, Perth. Cost approx $600 for 4 days. Funding may be available for TAC or DHS clients for support and planning costs. All participants will still need to cover the costs of accomodation, food, transport & entertainment.
