This is South Metro Health -subsidised service but is not HACC. PATS :-Travel and accommodation assistance to all people living outside metro area needing to travel in excess of 100 kms to access their nearest medical specialist services . Mandurah residents undergoing renal or oncology treatment not available locally and required to travel 70-100km may be eligible for a PATS of up to $20 depending on means of transport. This is not usually available for Radiotherapy treatment as the health service provides a minibus which leaves Mon - Fri 0730 hours (returning early afternoon). Applications must be made prior to travel. The Peel Patient Transport side has mini-buses and private vehicles driven by volunteers who provide services for patients needing to attend medical appointments. There is a minibus to assist Rockingham residents with no other means of transport to access appointments at Rockingham General Hospital. Fees may apply for these services dependant on transport required.
Visit supplier >Is there any support for those suffering isolation? If I die in my bed tonight, my body won't be discovered for months. Sorry to bother you all. Even just one phone call per week, for 1 minute, just to check I am still alive and well. Owen (Belmore NSW).

I’m currently in treatment at canarven street and I have been working for over a year now and it’s difficult to get to the chemist on time and to see anyone at canarven street because of my work hours, I have been put on daily pick ups until 30/11/2022 when I do a test. This was changed from weekly to daily because I came in and did a sample and it wasn’t registering a temperature or anything in my sample including methadone which is impossible so my worker assumed that I was trying it on somehow and put me on daily pick ups. It was definitely a faulty test and because I didn’t hang around to do another one, she thought the worst, I understand why but I’m working away soon and I will need a 3-4 day take out but can’t get hold of my worker no matter how many messages I leave she is always busy and never calls me back so what can I do??? I’m working away in Belfast this month
