Young House provides support services for young people and their families with :- -Crisis accommodation (SAAF Program)for 15 to 25 years who are / or at risk of homelessness. -Information and referral -Tenancy and post crisis support Live in support and casual support to young people who call at the refuge for food, information, or other support. -Outreach and pre-crisis support . Albany Youth Outreach provides early intervention support to prevent crisis and is available to all adolescents. Supported Housing Outreach and Tenancy(SHOT) provides post crisis support to young people for transition to independent living. -Youth Arts Studio . Open Access is a youth arts studio for marginalised young people. -Family Mediation . The Harmony Family Mediation Project offers families a mediation service and it is intended this program will help families stay together and learn new skills to relate to each other. True Colours Program for transgender issues.

My mum suffered a stroke in July and is currently in Woy Woy rehab centre. They’re hoping she’ll be home in 5/6 weeks. My dad is looking for someone to come in the mornings and evenings to help with mum. We are looking at between 4-6 hours per day. We’ll know more in 5/6 weeks as to the role itself but it’s standby assistance.

20-11-2020. I haven’t been working, I’m receiving Centrelink job seeker. I got kicked out from the family house that I was paying mortgage for. Ive been homeless and leaving in a motel, I did approach Housing Department and thank god and thanks to them that they have offered me a 1 bedroom until which im hoping to move into it next week. Sadly I can’t afford to buy some of the furniture for the unit , jI’m wondering if your company would be able to help me out ?
