Extended Aged Care at Home (EACH) Packages assist people in their own homes with the support of a comprehensive package of care. An EACH package of care is managed in consultation with the care recipient and their carer, or involved family members. Examples of the services available to the EACH client include personal care, nursing care, social support, domestic assistance, in home meal preparation, respite care, provision of supplies (eg. incontinence aids) and equipment (eg. hoist, hospital beds), physiotherapy and speech therapy reviews and care planning and case coordination.
