The service offers occasional & emergency respite care in the home to the usual carers of people with dementia. It aims to assist at times when other services may not be able to meet their needs, such as for evenings out, weddings or family gatherings. The average length of respite given is 3 hours, however extended periods can be arranged. Weekend and public holiday bookings should be made in advance.

Hi,
I hope everyone is doing well. I was just wondering what the process is for applying for emergency food vouchers?
I am currently in between jobs, and my savings and centrelink are allocated to rent and medical expenses.
As of June, I'll be starting my new job but until then, I'm not sure how easy it will be to afford groceries.
Thanks for any advice,
Emma

I'm trying to live and pay bills on less $100 per fortnight and desperately need some vouchers for fresh vegies and meat and any other assistance available. I'm an aged pensioner.
