What is BAM-T? Boxing provides a cathartic release that few other physical activities provide. Focus while punching, awareness of balance and deep breathing inherently creates a mindful activity. The control, discipline and empowerment can uncover your unique strengths and support deep therapeutic processing. Paul works with new clients individually or in very small groups (3 max) to Introduce them to the program. After making sure that he understands each clients' specific trauma during an initial 30-minute one on one, he walks them through what they will hear and ensures that they are doing the techniques in a way that is safe and will not injure them. Each session starts with a guided meditation. Clients are guided through a visualization exercise for a few minutes and are invited to access an uncomfortable memory that they would like to reprocess to the extent that they are comfortable. Clients warm up and walk through the program, and then it is time to do something demanding and empowering that brings the client back into the present. He has recorded an audio program that gives prompts to throw, evade or block strikes. I recently had a 5 day holiday for a family get together, and I had a friend from Sydney stay in my unit to look after my cat as I could not take here with us. Sadly, one of our neighbor's put a note on her car window, that she was not allowed to park the car there, and that she had been reported to Department of Housing. the spot she parked in is a spare spot, and not parking has been officially allocated to tenants. I spoke to dept of housing about this, and was told it was quite ok for me to have a visitor stay, and for them to use that car space and that they would notify all the tenants of this. But to date nothing has happened, and I have another trip away coming up soon, and really don't want this to happen again. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi,
I hope everyone is doing well. I was just wondering what the process is for applying for emergency food vouchers?
I am currently in between jobs, and my savings and centrelink are allocated to rent and medical expenses.
As of June, I'll be starting my new job but until then, I'm not sure how easy it will be to afford groceries.
Thanks for any advice,
Emma
